WAIVER, RELEASE & INDEMNITY

Please read the below paragraphs carefully and check each box acknowledging your agreement with each statement.

I declare that I have no injuries, illnesses, impairments, conditions or otherwise that would endanger myself or others whilst participanting in any events organised by Zero Alpha.

I understand that the events organised and facilitated by Zero Alpha are extremely demanding both physically and mentally and by participating in these events I am putting myself and others at risk of serious injury which may exceed the risks typically accepted with other ultra-endurance events.

I understand that accidents and injuries may occur during these events without fault or negligence on anyone's part and that significant injury or death may result.

I willingly assume full responsibility for the risks to which I will be exposed to during my participation on any events or activities organised and facilitated by Zero Alpha.

I have read each section carefully and checked each box knowing that I am releasing valuable legal rights that I might otherwise have and that I indemnify Zero Alpha from the actions or consequences of my negligence or intentional acts that may cause damage, injury or death to myself or others.

I waive and release any and all rights, claims and/or causes of action I have or may have in the future against Zero Alpha or anyone associated with Zero Alpha Limited and its associates, its agents, employees, volunteers, officers, directors, successors and assigns that may arise as a result of my participation in Zero Alpha events and any pre or post event activities.

I grant Zero Alpha full permission to use any photographs and video recordings for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising, promotion and marketing.

I acknowledge and understand that there are significant risks involved in the events conducted by Zero Alpha. I accept liability for any injury that I may cause to myself or any other participant due to my negligence or my intentional acts or omissions.

I willingly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zero Alpha Limited, its prinicpals, directors, employees, volunteers and agents from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from my negilgent or intentional act or omission whilst participating in activities and events offered by Zero Alpha Limited.

I hereby acknowledge all of the above and release from liability for accidental injury, illness or death which I may incur as a result of participating in any event or activity delivered by Zero Alpha Limited. I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in this event. I agree to disclose my physical limitations, disabilities, ailments, or impairments which may affect my ability to participate in this program.
