"Failing to Plan is Planning to Fail"
Based on our backgrounds, knowledge and experience we're often asked if we do up training programs for aspiring SAS and Police Tactical Group candidates. The short answer is 'Yes' we do. However, the more important answers will require you to read a little further.
We offer 3 options to those who want to prepare for Selection/Cadre courses.
Why, because this is where our expertise is founded. We don't pretend or offer you packages for SF units that we have not successfully completed ourselves. Although we've worked with a number of foreign SF units and in some cases have observed parts of their selection courses being run - we don't profess to know how to best prepare you for theirs. So Special Forces and Police Tactical Groups selection preparation training packages is where we specialise.

Note: All of our training package options below come with a standard 3, 6 and 12 month training plan. If you require a training program outside of these standard preparation ranges, you will need to let us know.

Prior to any training programs being developed the following is to occur in order to save yourself and us, time and money.

An obligation free 15min consultation via phone - Agenda for the consult will be provided by us, on the day

You'll get no follow up emails from us asking if you've made a decision yet

CONFIRMATION:
Should you decide you want to use our expertise to help you prepare for the Special Forces or Police Tactical Group selection/cadre course the following is to occur.

You acknowledge and confirm from the outset that we offer 'no guarantee' that you will successfully complete the selection/cadre course and be selected for further training, even if you follow our physical preparation program.

An info gathering question sheet will be sent to you prior to the meeting

You'll confirm which training option you would like

30min (minimum) planning consultation will take place.
"There's a smarter way to train and prepare for selection"

OPTION 1 - SELF-GOVERNED: ​
Some people just want a program and are happy to take care of the rest. As the name suggests, after the confirmation process has been completed and the 'planning of the work' has been finalized, you will receive the first phase of your training program in 72hrs after we have received confirmation of your payment. From there YOU will be responsible for 'working the plan'. "Plan the work - Work the plan" ​

OPTION 2 - MENTORED:
Some people want a program with additional support/guidance to keep them on track and/or to answer any questions they might have from time to time. In addition to your training plan, you gain access to former operators in order to chew the fat and gain more insight to help you with your individual preparation. You will receive the below with the mentored option: ​

Depending on your location, monthly (face to face or video) link up sessions lasting 30min to talk turkey – mindset, preparation, your progress, nutrition, lessons learned and more to help prepare you for the arduous task ahead.

Monthly review of your training in accordance with your program lasting 1hr. Can be done over the phone or via video

If required - adjustments, alternatives and options depending on injury, work and/or life/family circumstances can be discussed twice per month, for 30mins at a time.

OPTION 3 - 1:1 OR GROUPS UP TO 1:5:
This option is dependent on your location and/or your willingness to travel. You can expect the following if you choose this plan.

Sort've like having a Personal Trainer but..... without all the loud noise, yip yaring, clapping of hands or copious amounts of encouragement

The occasional 'Well done' or 'Good work' may be used

Short, sharp and direct feedback delivered regularly

Low tolerance for excuses and whinging - verbal diarrhoea will be met with an "I DON'T CARE" reply and/or facial expression

Alot of nit picking in relation to things you could have done better - even though you may have tried and worked hard

Strict adherence to timings

Penalties in the form of physical punishment will be awarded for serious crimes such as 'losing count', 'asking what comes next', 'talking when you should be working', 'swearing when you should be working', 'trying to reason with your trainer when you should be working', 'looking at your trainer in a way he doesn't like when you should be working' - you get the idea, all the serious stuff :-)
